30 Day Guarantee:

You may return any diamond purchased from us within 30 days from the date of purchase provided the diamond has not been altered in any way and is accompanied by all original documentation.

Upgrades:

If you wish to upgrade the diamond you purchased from us we will be happy to give you a full purchase price upgrade. Once again the diamond must be in a new condition without having been altered in any way and must be accompanied by all of its original documentation. There is no time limit on this offer but the diamond you intend on purchasing must be valued at 30% greater monetary value.

Trade-Ins:

We also accept trade-ins of diamonds not purchased from us but only if the diamond meets certain criteria. The amount to be credited against your purchase will be based on the current market value.

Free Shipping:

We will ship, free of charge, all orders totaling more than R20,000 and will arrive within 48 hours upon confirmation of payment.

Payment Options:

We accept payment in Cash, Cheque, Direct Transfers and major credit cards. In the case of a cheque the diamond will be shipped after funds have cleared which generally takes between 5 to 7 working days. Credit cards will be subject to a 3% surcharge.
